Personalize your own items with one embroidered name per item. One item is $25; add more items at graduated rates. No garment is included.

HOW BATCH PRICING WORKS
First item: $25.
Second item: add $20.
Items 3–6: add $15 for each additional item.
Items 7–12: add $12 for each additional item.
Items 13 and up: add $10 for each additional item.
These are graduated rates: the lower rate applies only to items in that band, not to every item in the batch.

EXAMPLE BATCH TOTALS
1 item $25; 2 items $45; 3 items $60; 6 items $105; 7 items $117; 12 items $177; 13 items $187; 25 items $307; 50 items $557. Tax is extra.

Choose the exact Number of items (1–50). The displayed price is the total for one complete batch. Leave cart Quantity at 1 for one batch; increasing Quantity orders multiple complete batches. For more than 50 items, add batches of 13–50 items; each batch is priced separately using this schedule.

BATCH REQUIREMENTS
All items in a batch must use the same item type, placement, Block or Script font, and thread color. Names may differ. Enter each name exactly as it should be stitched, with its item or size and quantity; the quantities must match Number of items. Add a separate batch for different selections.

Included per item: one name on one line, up to 20 characters including spaces; one standard thread color; one placement; up to 4 inches wide by 1 inch high. Standard name setup and a digital proof are included. Left and right placements are from the wearer’s perspective.

Bring clean items to St. James Embroidery, 1337 Lincoln Ave, Suite 7, Holbrook, NY 11741. This is a local drop-off and pickup service. Label each item to match your name list. We inspect the fabric and placement before accepting items for production and will contact you if special handling is needed.

Standard turnaround is about two weeks after we receive all items and you approve the proof. Logos, additional lines or locations, oversized embroidery, hats, bags, delicate or unusual materials, and rush work require a custom quote.

Customer supplies the items; garments are not included. The image is not an exact font sample or a photograph of completed customer work.
