What is Digitizing?
From your head to our computer.
Okay, so it's not telepathy, but it's close.
Digitizing is the process which we convert your artwork into computer instructions for the embroidery machine. We are able to receive designs from virtually any image file type or a simple sketch. Keep in mind there are some restrictions.
We want you to love our work as much as we do, which is why we encourage you to create your own logo and designs.
Logo size restrictions:
• A left chest position logo should not exceed 3.8" x 3.8".
• Hats and visors also have limited space. Usually 2" - 2.5" tall depending on hat style. This is the maximum height of the logo we can embroider.
• When using text use a minimum font size of .25" tall in the final embroidery size. Anything smaller may not embroidery well.
Digitizing prices usually range between $30 - $80
FREE DIGITIZING ON LARGE ORDERS!
Screen printing is great for T-shirts and sweatshirts and guidelines are much more flexible when compared to embroidery.
Prices vary by number of printed locations (i.e. left chest and back, etc.) and number of colors.
Significant discounts are awarded to large volume orders, creating a cheap, effective form of promotion.
